Created following the provisions of the Royal letter of January 09th 2002, the Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaer Regional Investment Centre's main mission is to act as a single point of contact for entrepreneurs and investors, national or international. It is the interface between the project leader and other authorities to facilitate the administrative procedures related to investment activity.
Enterprise creation Help desk
The Enterprise creation Help desk is the sole contact for anyone who wants to start a business, of any type. Its personnel provide applicants a single form which contains all the information regulatory and legislative required for the creation of their enterprise.
These personnel, alongside the appropriate authorities, perform all necessary steps to collect the documents and certificates required by legislation or regulation, which are necessary for the creation of a company. Within a period determined by the Wali, it puts the applicant in possession of documentation issued by the authorities establishing the existence of the company.
Investor Help desk
Provides investors with useful information for regional investment, study all applications for administrative permits and prepare all administrative documents necessary for the realization of investment projects in industry, agribusiness, mining, tourism, crafts and Construction, in case of investments of less than 200 million Dirhams, and to allow the Wali of the Region to issue permits or to sign the administrative papers relating to such investment.
