Board of Directors of the Regional Investment Center of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra

The Regional Investment Center of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra (RIC RSK) held, this Thursday, April 9, 2026, the 17th session of its Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Karim Zidane, Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation.

On this occasion, the Minister highlighted the structuring projects approved during the year, while highlighting the sustained attractiveness of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region. He also recalled the central role of the RICs in supporting project promoters, with the support of MICEPP, notably through the simplification of procedures, the improvement of the investor pathway and the deployment of targeted support mechanisms, particularly for the benefit of SMEs.

For his part, Mr. Mohcine Benjelloun, Director of RIC RSK, presented the report on activities for the year 2025. It shows that the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRIU) has examined more than 900 files, resulting in the approval of projects representing more than 71 billion dirhams. These investments are expected to create more than 85,000 jobs. The average processing time of less than six days is also an example of progress in administrative efficiency.

These results reflect the impact of the reforms undertaken and the mobilization of various regional actors in favor of improving the business climate and territorial economic development.
